Exchange format

The exchange format is CSV files (coma separated values). In case of a non-mandatory field, there is no filler.

Exchange security and credentials

You can obtain your files via a URL or via SFTP. Oney provides you with a specific login and password. Login is sent by email and password by sms, or in a separate email.

Environment

Two environments are available: staging and production. Access to these environments are separated: url, login and password are not the same but folders and file naming are the same.

Staging Environment

Through Internet:

  • URL: Staging
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL

Through SFTP:

  • Host: fileq.oney.com
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL
  • Port: 5022

Production Environment

Through Internet:

  • URL: Production
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL

Through SFTP:

  • Host: file.oney.com
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL
  • Port: 5022

Availability

You can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly generation. If it is a daily generation, the generation is as follows: 6 CRP are generated per week (treatments from Sunday to Friday, no treatment on Saturday evening). The CRPs are made available the next morning at 7am. Particularity for the weekend: the CRPs on Friday evening and Sunday evening are available on Monday morning

The periodicity of the CRP must be greater or equal to the periodicity of the bank transfers. (Example: in case of weekly transfers, the CRP periodicity can be weekly or monthly)

File naming

crp_xx_version_aammjj_9999.csv where xx is the code of the country (where you are) and where 9999 is a sequential number incremented with each file generation (therefore it has a variable length)

Version filled by the letter "v" followed by the two first numbers of the specification.

Example

For an Italian CRP with the v1.1.3 specifications:

crp\_it\_v11\_20180122\_12.csv.

Folders

Irrespective of the availability method (URL or SFTP), tree view will be the same:

account\_name/country\_code/file\_type/crp\_xx\_version\_aaaammjj\_9999.csv

where account_name is your name, country_code is the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code, file_type is "crp".

Example

For example, if your name is "merchantA" and if you have to download CRP in France and in Italy, you will access these two folders:

it/crp/crp\_it\_v11\_20180122\_205.csv

and

fr/crp/crp\_fr\_v10\_20180122\_121.csv

Note: root folder (named "merchanta") isn’t seen during the connection. The visible folders will be "fr" and "it"

Management rules

  • Naming of files and folders are always in lower case
  • A file is available for 30 days starting from the day when it was first available. After this time, CRP file will be deleted.
  • A CRP can only be downloaded once
  • A downloaded CRP file is automatically archived (and becomes non-available for download)
  • An archived CRP file is stored for 30 days and then definitely deleted.

File content

The content depends on the periodicity chosen. If the file is for a PSP, it contains data for all merchants using Oney Products through this PSP
