Functional information about Oney financial report

Last update: April 4, 2024

Regularization

A regularization (type_payment = REG) can be entered manually by Oney's accounting department. This entry is used to regularize a transaction whose financing or definancing has not been completed for technical reasons. It takes the form of a payment_type = REG and a cancellation indicator at N if the adjustment is in your favor, at Y if the adjustment is in Oney's favor.

Bank Transfers

You can choose the frequency of the bank transfers. It can be daily, weekly, or monthly.

Negative transfers

The amount of cancellation for the period chosen can sometimes be greater than the amount of purchases. This will lead to negative transfers.

  • If you choose the Credit transfer/Direct debit mode, this negative transfer will become a direct debit. The reference of the direct debit will be displayed instead of the transfer ID.

  • If you choose the compensation mode, the amount due to Oney will be held and deducted from the next sales. We will also put these lines on hold. They will only appear in the CRP once the total income is positive and a bank transfer has been generated.

For example:

Day D:

  • Purchases: 100 euros
  • Cancellations: 150 euros

Nothing in the financial report, nothing on your bank account.

Day D+1:

  • Cancellations: 75 euros

Nothing in the financial report, nothing on your bank account.

Day D+2:

  • Purchases: 300 euros

The 4 transactions are displayed in the financial report with transfer_id with value 1, for example, and sum of financing_amount = 100,00 + -150,00 + -75,00 + 300,00 = 175,00 euros.

All the lines sent to the financial report justify the bank transfer of 175 euros.

Bank transfer reconcilation

The financial report will help you for the bank transfer amount reconcilation. The reference for the bank transfer can be found both on your bank statement and in the financial report, column Transfer_ID.
