General information about Oney financial report

Last update: April 4, 2024

Exchange format

The exchange format is CSV files (coma separated values).

Exchange security and credentials

You can obtain your files via an URL or via SFTP. Oney provides you with a specific login and password. Login is sent by email and password by sms, or in a separate email.

Environment

Two environments are available: staging and production. Access to these environments is separate, therefore the URL, login and password are not the same. However, the folders and file names are identical.

Staging Environment

Through Internet:

  • URL: Staging
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL

Through SFTP:

  • Host: fileq.oney.com
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL
  • Port: 5022

Production Environment

Through Internet:

  • URL: Production
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL

Through SFTP:

  • Host: file.oney.com
  • Login: xxxxxxx
  • Password: sent via SMS/EMAIL

Availability

You can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly generation.

For France, for a daily service, the generation is as follows: 6 financial reports are generated per week (processing from Sunday to Friday, no processing on Saturday evening). Financial reports are made available the next morning at 7 a.m. An exception on weekends: Friday evening and Sunday evening reports are available on Monday morning.

For other countries, 7 financial reports are generated per week, one per day. The financial reports are made available the next morning at 7am.

File naming

A file has the following name pattern crp_xx_version_yymmdd_9999.csv

  • xx being the country code where the product is distributed.
  • 9999 being a sequential number incremented with each file generation (it is therefore of variable length). If there has been no activity on a given day, the financial report is not generated. The next one will use the sequence number following the last one used. This means that no sequence number should be missing, as this would mean than you are missing a file.
  • version being the letter “v” followed by the first two digits of the version number.

Example:

For an Italian financial report with the v3.1.0 specifications, file should be named as follow:
crp_it_v31_20230926_12.csv

Folders & stree structure

Regardless of the availability mode (URL or SFTP), the tree structure will be the same:
account_name/country_code/file_type/crp_xx_version_aaaammjj_9999.csv

  • account_name being your name
  • country_code being the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code
  • file_type being “crp” (Oney wording for financial report).

Example:

If your compagny name is “Merchant A” and if you have to download the french and italian financial reports, you will access these two folders:

merchanta\it\crp_it_v31_20230926_12.csv

and

merchanta\fr\crp_fr_v31_20240122_121.csv

Management rules

  • Naming of files and folders are always in lower case.
  • A file remains available until you download it.
  • A financial report can only be downloaded once.
  • A downloaded financial file is automatically archived and becomes unavailable for download (for France only). For other countries, there is no archive, the downloaded file is removed.
  • An archived financial report file is stored for 30 days and then definitely deleted (for France only).

File content

The content depends on the periodicity chosen. If the file is for a PSP, it contains data for all merchants using Oney Products through this PSP.
