Order Lifecycle

An order in Salesforce Commerce Cloud has different kind of status :

  • Order status
  • Shipping status
  • Confirmation status
  • Export status
  • Payment status

Here is the order workflow, based on « global » status, which in reality is the sum of all statuses mentioned before.
